When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

HOW DO I RETURN A GADGET?
We always ensure that all our customer are satisfied with the gadget we sent out every month, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. We want to make sure the return process can be as user friendly as possible.
With a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order, order ID in your confirmation email and the reason for returning the item(s), so we can ensure your credit is accurate.
If you wish to return a product(s), you must do so within 14 days of receiving. You may return any product(s), providing it is in a resalable and in unused condition, unless the product was damaged or faulty. If the product(s) was already damaged or faulty you will need to notify us of this when returning the goods, with a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order and the reason for returning the item(s). We will refund you on the same payment card, once we have received and processed the item, which typically takes up to 14 days from the date of receiving.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order you must cancel prior to it being processed. If your order has already been processed you will not be able to cancel your order and if you wish to get a refund, you must return the item to us.
